First pic ive taken of my CSL, and had it over a month!
Been driving daily in the snow, on eagle F1s tho so not too bad. Looks even cooler without a front number plate, I was changing it at the time! Last edited by aponting389; 23-12-2009 at 07:25 PM. |

I met some of you guys a few years ago at spa. Don t know all the guys who it was. I have driven a UK car on spa there. Tony/blade with his ferrari 360 CS was there and a guy named steve I think have driven Marks car at the time. Maybe some of you guys were there too.
That was a gathering from BM3W forum few years back. This forum is awesome. I just bought a CSL for fun and some drifting Steve Gill is joining us a lot with his white one on papenburg driftdays. I guess a lot guys transferred to GT3 because there is no new CSL from bmw. That s a big pity. I had that wish too. But after doing a endurance race in a porsche GT3 i was done with it. I was fast with it. But i did not like the balance of it. So much understeer and you can not steer the car with throttle. So i am still awaiting something new comming from bmw. GTS is a nice try but the price is going thru roof. It will be a car for collectors not for drivers for that sort of money. I have had the CSL for inspection. It needed some money to go in. New diff new schocks new oil and filter new sparkplugs new steeringwheel OLD wheel getting refurbished. Software update new airfilter. More comming i quess that s my short story for now. I go drifting again. |
