No problem if that's what you think, it's an Internet forum with a thread asking opinions on prices and I gave mime. All the best, I'm off back home to Maidstone

Recent adds for cars with comparable mileage would suggest an asking price of somewhere between £27,995 - £30,995, so you're pretty much on the money.

Good luck selling your csl, I'm thinking more 18k standard 20k with the brakes is a fair price and I know my csl prices I'd like to think.

Just because a modern car has 100K on it doesn't make it 'tired', My previous E39 M5 had 100k on it when I sold it, yet to drive and look at you would swear it had done less than 30k miles, Modern cars are built to do the miles and if serviced and looked after will easily see 200k miles, I have a standard M3 as well as a CSL and if you believe a low mileage std car is even in the same league as a higher mileage CSL then you my friend are living in cloud cuckoo land, Enjoy your M3 but please don't get a drive in a CSL or you may be parting company with your car very quickly, especially if you know how to drive properly.

Condition is everything with these cars more so the csl being a collectors car, a collector such as myself would want the car perfect for it to command a high price. I'm not worried about how the car drives at speed etc as it will spend most of its life being pottered around in an do very little mileage and certainly never see a track etc. I wouldn't want a car that had been thrashed or tracked and being the type of car the csl is most of them have had a hard life and been driven hard.

What you perceive it to be worth & what the markets believes it to be worth are totally different things.

I'd love to believe that 993 GT2's aren't worth £300-£500k, & that i'll be able to get in one for £100k.
Sadly, I'm dreaming.
