Do you have a copy of the Document I referred to on the other 'Subframe Pole' thread in the Technical Area.
Page 4, of this document refers to reimbursement for the costs of a courtesy car, which the Dealer can claim back from BMW.
It's not like Blue Bell to refuse, they obviously don't want to undertake the fix.
Sounds as though you might have to tell them what your rights are, PM me your email and I'll send you a copy of the doc.

I know Blue Bell Wilmslow/Handforth Dean have loads of love & respect for csl for long time and service manager knows them well the 7 yrs I've been going there. imo outside of Elms with Gareth et al this is the place to go.

tell em to get the curtosy car out then...least they can do for £5k of work!

My car booked for MOT and service and the boot inspection 19th March at ELM's

Well just got off the phone and havin spoke to Rob the workshop manager an he informed me a car will be supplied. Judging by the previous job I had done I'm confident the repair will be done well!

it will be spot on mate mine was done thereand they have done loads of them.

I've just been reading about the subframe fix and on a few posts it seems some people have to contribute to the repair, aside from that someone also mentioned that you need to budget for around 1k to replace bushes etc! Is this true?
