Good on you if you can use it and not worry about it. For me it's alot of money to have tied up in a car and would want to preserve it the best I could, and sounds like you gave a very fair price...

I looked at several csl before buying my m3 and just couldn't justify spending 30k on a car with stone chips and worn/scuffed interior parts etc. but that's just me and we all know they command these...

No it's not but given the car has done over 100k miles and is worth 25k is crazy, if it was a normal m3 it would be a 5k car.
