Default Rear bumper fitment

I washed my car for the first time today. When doing so I noticed the bumper appeared to be lower on one side than the other. Does anybody know if this is likely to be easy to fix? I have never taken one of these.

Thanks for any pointers.

Most likely the carrier is sagging. Can happen with age or previous impact.

You can try adjusting it but I don't think it will work. Bumper is the same as normal m3. Only the diffuser is different.
