will just be a run around for a while if anything at all, had to divert the cash into buying out part of a house

Well done for selling the car, I wish I had been able to get to you last weekend as I would have bought it, but unfortunately I had to be elsewhere. Nevertheless I am glad you did a deal as it looked like a nice car.
