Milk Thistle tablets from the chemist. Helps strighten you out a bit. It's what they give to full blown alcholics in care. Works pretty well in my experience.

In fact, if you take a couple before you start, and a couple afterwards... well, I've had some Herculean drinking sessions and been surprisingly ok afterwards. Swear by them.

There's no substitute for keeping properly hydrated though.

Another help would be to select better quality booze!

There is only one hang over cure and that is before you get it. 2 paracetamol and a pint of water right before you hit the bed the only hard part is is remembering to do it when you get back.

As above Milk Thistle works along with the Paracetamol and pint of water. I also find 4 pies help, 2 steak and two mince

Saying that I had the hangover from hell 2 weeks ago, 16:00 on the following day before I could stand up without throwing up. 13hrs on the malts and no food
