Default Steering wheel spacer to get it closer?

In an add for a CSL for sale here in Sweden it looks like the steering wheel has an extra spacer which moves it further back. Anyone have some info on this item?

You would need very long fingers to use the indicators.

M3 drivers in general are wankers and don't use indicators, they just cut you up.
Phhhhh who needs indicators, only slow people on track use their indicators
That's why matt Csl nuts right indicator bulbs are always showing white, they get used that much
