from personal tests I would say that it disables stability control but leaves traction control firmly on.
All aids are bad aids though and imho they should all be turned off. Their only use is for when you want to switch off on a long motorway journey. Especially with cups on! |

Hi,
I have always understood that the DSC works via the ABS sensors. Once a rear drive wheel starts to spin then it soft cuts engine, until the wheel stops spinning. My understanding is that the 'M Track' button keeps the DSC off until you reach the upper limits and then it cuts in ? May have got this wrong but seem to remember that steering angle is related as well. I dislike that you have to turn DSC on as such to drive with it off, the default setting is all wrong, makes you wonder what else gets fucked up this way around. Regards, The Gorilla. |

You may not be interested in how your car works, but I am and i believe it all aids driver understanding and makes you at one with the car
