Prepare yourself for people asking why you don’t consider the GTS or other Porsche variants..if you have your heart set on the GTS then would be interested to hear your opinion on the drive and how it compares to other cars around the 100k mark.

a m3 gts came up for sale at a garage not far from me ,, a couple of years back had a good look round it. Looked awesome,,, if I could have afforded the 120 k asking price only 6k on the clock would have happily traded csl

Unless you’re in a rush, I’d hold out to early next year and see what prices do as a result of Brexit. A lot of high end stuff seems to be hanging around (e.g. the DTM car at Redline has been there for ages) and the GTS can now be had sub £100k...I’d predict an increasing strength in buyers position. . No doubt CSL prices will / have softened comparatively but different price point. Maybe offload CSL now and sit on the cash for a few months ?

Comment from a BMW driver I was fortunate to have a ride with.
M3 GTS over M4 GTS due to the different engine characteristics.
