 £90K for a CSL in Turkey, when a packet of fags will cost you £12 puts things into relative perspective. Assumption: "Customer would sell it for the right price"  If he wanted to sell it I'm sure he would advertise it, whatever to price, or at least let it be known that he was considering a sale. £45K would probably see it sold.
