Yeah i herd you can get the retro fit kit for the xenons from BMW, but i spoke to them last week and the retro kit is now discontinued! so if it were possible to fit xenon headlights they said that basically they would have to start from scratch which would be a major job. Any ideas where i can get an aftermarket retro kit? where did you get yours from mark? Tell me about the rought cars! the times in the past i was promised the car was mint, went to view it and the car was far from it! donkcsl, he definately should have reimbursed you coming from all that way

Yeah i have found some websites today, CA automotive and SSDD motorsport which sell these kits. If i purchased the projector xenon headlights and the aftermarket xenon kit, then in theory it will work.

i'd say forget xenons and concentrate on getting the best car for the money

Yeah thats what i have been thinking! but i cant really justify spenidng so much for a clean example without xenons etc, think its just me being fussy really, plus i do alot of night driving so xenons will help. i have also found out that it is illegal to run xenons without the washer jets for the headlights, which apparently is an MOT faliure, so thats more cost if i do go down that route.
