All done ... and what a differrence !! With the reduction in weight, i think im at least ...oooH 30 bhp up ? !!! and 0 -60 is now sub 4 seconds.... cheapest upgrade available ..!! well pleased !! thx KK

I can assure you it's entirely possible and quite easy to shear off the screw when refitting a standard SMG paddle although fortunately I was fitting a new switch assembly at the time, so I had a spare housing to reuse without having to resort to drilling the thread out.

Duncan I think you've definitely broke a Record there for dragging it out the longest! Never heard that 1 before. Glad its sorted now thou.

Thanks bud ... might have them anyway ... 3.29 ... thats a pint

Have 3 cheeky ones already, just got back or Clare would of killed me as been mostly up ze pub the last two weeks
