Default M3 CS + Cruise Control - The definitive guide

Having recently bought a CS after owning a standard M3, I really missed the cruise control on long journeys. After wading through the internet reading up about fitting cruise control to the CS and keeping an M-Track mode toggle, I am pleased to say it is 100% possible and you can keep your car looking totally standard!

Its pointless in the UK with the amount of traffic and standard of driving ... the cars ive had with it on, lets be honest here - you set it and more often than not your breaking or needing to accelerate to get past things , who sits ever for more than a few mins at 70/80/90 with no input ... hmmmm dont think so

Agreed about the UK usage but could be quite handy for the "Hum Drum" run to the Ring

Apparently cruise control doesn't work above 140mph

Although I've only done it once I thought the roads and level of traffic was genuinely worse than the UK! Maybe it was the time of day we travelled but cruise control would have been a complete waste of time on that trip for me!
