Bedford Autodrome (First TD in the Cecil)

GT circuit at the Bedford autodrome. Really impressed with the track, tonnes of space, all sorts of corners and a very long straight. The usuals in attendance, GT3, GT-R, Turbo's, Atoms, Caterfields and lots of Renaultsports.

Front tyres were on the way out anyway, so now need to figure out what to replace them with. Not sure whether to go Supersports, one issue is the rear PS2's are still fine. I've also got a spare set of rims with winter tyres and a diesel daily runner...so cups ?

I previously had an M3 round a track a couple of times and it felt a bit wrong. This felt very right

(I'm pretty new to TD's so had a mate giving me tips as he used to work there, so please forgive the poor lines...)

Looks a little busy, but actually it was empty most of the time, it's just more interesting to watch with other cars in shot.

Great vid mate and really glad to see you are enjoying the CSL. I love Bedford.

Get Cup’s its even more fun...and they are good on the road as well, i just take it easy when its really pissing down or really cold.

Just out of interest did you have the TC on at Bedford?

Were you on Cups (18s or 19s?) and I noticed you short-shifted after the hairpin by the pits - I assume this was to avoid tripping the noise meter on the in-field - is this usually the only one you have to worry about?

And I think Billy is assuming you are running a Super-sprint, but his iPhone changed it to spring .
