around 20hp with full SS exhaust on a E46 M3
+8hp with only header diagram on same car with stock Vs Supersprint - Stock Exhaust. Claimed bmw data: Horsepower 343 Hp @ 7900 rpm Torque 365 Nm @ 4900 rpm Actual car data stock: Horsepower 332 Hp @ 7145 rpm Torque 372,7 Nm @ 5030 rpm.
