Thought I'd share, had invite today to test drive Mercedes cars today, got to drive a few new Amg's. Amg c63 estate, amg c63 cab and latest amg gt, shame not a gt r But had a full day, didn't get time to do full range mega day, have to say the Csl for 14 years old, is still one mega machine,doesn't have the sheer power as amg range , but fast Cheshire a roads into roundabouts etc csl still does it, csl still is so much fun. Further to my day with amg, chatting with tec if i "heard correct" most amg models if not all, will be 4 cylinder hybrid with more horsepower, also higher voltages battery driving air con cooling etc, very little draining engine power, am guessing BMW will be going the same way, anyone got only info on this.? Probably a good time to hang onto naturally aspirated csl even more now, that induction sound sure to disappear,
