Default Standalone ecu?

Anyone running one? Looking for one that will control the vanos as well as all other parameters? What options do I have?

Cheers

I ran a Specilist Components ECU on my old Duratec Elise it was a great bit of kit and I know they do BMW kits.

I know the Syvecs is very popular in the Porsche community, and is what I would go with on my Porsche if I changed it. Not sure for the BMW though. I would contact well known specialists and see what they recommend. It doesn't matter how good the ECU is if you can't find somebody who really knows what they are going to set it up for you.

We have an old basic MBE ECU on the E36.

Motek would be the way to go, speak to Nathan on here.
