Default Possible traction control issue?

Had 4 warning lights come on while driving yesterday, I can't do anything with the traction control button. Any ideas please before it goes to BMW?

Thats a wheel sensor, you have no abs. I wouldn't bother taking that to BMW.

Is the TPMS and Gearbox warning on too? Why would that be?

When I had the same issue, there wasn't even a problem. For some reason the ECU just decided to stop communicating with one of the front sensors. Typically it happened on the way to the 'ring . Fortunately one of Toughy's friends had his laptop with BMW software and lead with him and plugged it into the OBD port and just told the ECU to start communicating with the sensor again. This was over 2 years ago and the error has not come back since. Fingers crossed it is just as easy for you .

Thanks for the replies guys. Billy I'm in Bedford.

What is TPMS Chappers?

From the replies I'm thinking nothing too serious then.

Tyre Pressure Monitoring System... Kind of a fallacy as there aren't any real sensors.
