Mines not coming back out till mid April - after me holidays...

No need, I'm pretty sure your subframe is still there.

Your boot floor however may be cracked, are you doing it yourself Rob?

I've just stripped subframe off mine. 51 plate with 60k, no cracks whatsoever.


I'm plating it for good measure.

Is this subframe issue really that common? Is it an easy thing to check? Mine is coming out of hibernation next month to, new clutch but do I get the rear sub checked?

Get it checked before the 10 years is up & by someone who knows what they are looking for
