Hey Shimmy... my + 1 (flatout) aka Rich had to fly home early so didn't make the dinner after all.
IIRC Karbonkids + 1 was a no show, so that's another - 1 there.

Guys
I have a greed to ask the people who attended and didn't pay, or those that said they were attending on the list but didn't attend, to call Leonardo and pay quoting Form4 Dinner 26/5/13.

I will then have to settle any remaining myself (unless they get most of the outstanding monies in.

So please be men, stand up and pay up.

Hi Shimmy,

I have the invoice from the hotel showing that I paid if it helps.

Anyway, if there remains anything to pay, I suggest we divide it among the people that attended at the dinner.

We are already more than grateful for your co-organisation of this event.

shimmy how did they find out people didn't pay ?

Me and my mate paid cash.
We asked for the receipt.
They brought one receipt.
Then the guy took our receipt and brought back another one (for one person).
I asked one more time for a second one but he didn't bring it.
If they are counting who didn't pay on this basis, I think they got it all wrong.

I told you a lie, just pulled out the invoice to go and pay this and discovered it had two pages. (Oops)
78 Euro on pg2 for the restaurant for me and the old boy.

Like I said I was sure Id told them to put it onto the room (and they did)

was just me being a fudgey and not reading it properly. Add to that the manager having a hissy fit and it was just thrown into the bag and never really looked at.

Worst bit of the whole invoice though......27 Euro dram of whisky

I'm happy to do as Alx has said once the final amount has been costed. NO ONE should be out of pocket for this especially yourself considering the amount of work you put into getting this to happen.
