A well respected independent service stamp would be just as good as a main dealer stamp imo, Simpsons, Munich Legends, Bartletts are all well known and respected in the M world.

A lot of people insist on main dealer stamps, I personally wouldn't get too hung up if I saw a stamp from one of the above garages.

Only one problem for those of us living North of the wall, they're all South of Birmingham, Darren Wood in Stockport, Cheshire (http://www.darren-wood.com/) for those living out in the sticks.
