Default Soft brake pedal

Hello everybody, I hope you had great vacation

So, from a couple of time I feel like the brake pedal is a little bit soft and goes too fare... I have to brake one time a little bit and then the second time the pedal is short and hard...

Today my CSL was at BMW for inspection II and I ask a friend who work there about my problem. After checking he told me than he saw nothing with a computer, only the pressure sensor of the AMB had a old code but wasn't active...

For information, I'm using ALCON CSL CUP brake kit from Thorney (street version), AP Racing 600 brake fluid, the paddle are around 30% and the rotor are OK.

I don't think the pedal was like this when I installed the brand new kit for the first time...

Any ideas ?

thank you

Stop putting hand cream on your pedal rubbers

I think you need to bleed them using the GT1.

I ordered the ATE superblue racing fuid instead the AP 600... My AP is about 5 months old and I used it 1 day magny-court + 30laps Nurburgring + 1 day SPA for a total of about 10'000 km.

I ll see tonight if the feeling gonna be better...

Try bleeding it with the ignition switched on. You'll find the warning light will come on the moment you open the first bleed nipple. Leave it like that while you bleed all four corners. I've had success getting the elusive bit of air out like that.
Alcons all round? They do give a slightly longer pedal travel than other bbk's I have found.
