I am getting my Insp II for £500 (+ vat).
  If I supply my own Air Filter & Oil, is there anything else I can supply so I can get it down to £50 for an Insp II?

Without a doubt. Just been quoted £13/litre for Oil (320diesel), I can get it for £4/litre.
