Shame you feel the need to be so selective with your quotes Simon.

Having offered you a goodwill credit note, this was your immediate response:-

"A credit note is no good to me & I would like & expect a refund minus
the 20% admin which is im not 100% happy about but i will take it on
the chin."

Credit note is no good to me pruely because I wouldn't use BaT again because of the way ive been dealt with.

And let's not forget this little chestnut:-

"I hope you will refund the amount minus 20% but will be very disappointed if not & will look into taking the matter further"

Your bullying tactics may work with other companies but I personally won't tolerate it.

And if you want to question my refund policies - out of a total of 406 refund/cancellation/transfer requests in the last 12 months, there have only been 2 clients who have not had anything back from us. You would have been the third.

Keep re-writing history at this rate and you'll have me convinced before too long! If you can't keep your stories straight then you really shouldn't be posting them to forums for everyone to spot your inconsistencies.

'Inconsistencies' Thats a long word for you Jonny. Lets not forget you being rude and having a lack of customer service started the emails regarding taking things further & not wanting a credit note.

I guess your doing very well and dont need repeat paying customers so best of luck to you but I will be telling anyone who asks me all about BaT
