Not a new thread (sorry Shimmy ), but resurrecting my one now that I've had the CSL for a year, and still love it. This is a particularly good shot of everyone ignoring it:

Love the e30 particularly as I have had a few of them in the past but what is with the taxi type "Breaker, breaker" antenna on the top of the roof?

Aha, you've figured me out, the taxi sign is going on tomorrow

Thought it might be disguised a bit better from this end, but no joy

Nearly two and a half years into CSL ownership now and still love it as much as the first day, possibly more actually

Took it in for its annual oil change today (got 1800miles out of the last lot!), and treated it to some new kickplates and a rear diffuser, as the old one had a slight crack in it. Sorry, not used to taking pics in the sunshine :

When you buy the kick plates, does it come as the whole thing or just the "CSL" alloy part and how much, as the same one on mine could do with replacing to make it perfect (it has a couple of water marks under the lacquer which annoys the OCD in me LOL.

It's the black surround too Mike, see the old ones below. They cost me £220 for the pair delivered to Ireland

Many thanks - not too bad I suppose (well not after £5 per wheel "M" badge and £65 for one of the boot reversing lenses ).

Everything's cheap compared to new door cards! Hopefully won't ever have to replace those
