Neil, had a Maserati 3200 before the CSL...Have always had a passion for them and never really got it out of my system......I am still heavily involved with www.sportsmaserati.com and have been since day one and I organise the odd track day for them as some of you know.......i have been a moderator on the site for some time....i love my M cars but Maserati is a big passion for me.....Its weird as there are better, faster, better handling cars out there but the one thing they are not is a Maserati and you either get it or you don't I suppose......

Pity it's not carbon

Used to occasionally park beside one of these Stradales if I ever took the Cesil into work. It was in an underground, and the one day we both started up at the same time there was some serious noise reverberating around the place

Still prefer the looks of a Shamal though, but I'm a bit strange like that

How much more M can you get than the big one. Maserati were building race cars when BMW were making engine swaps for the 'Red Baron'
If I'm not mistaken it's their anniversary, 100 years this year of the big M.

The Shamal is a Ghibli on steroids - lots of them, that's some serious machine even now!

PS The clock was made for Maserati by Lasalle in 9ct Gold the price then was £3K.

Lovely car, thanks for the pics.

A friend is thinking of taking the plunge so I will direct him to the Masser forum for advise.

Are you going on the trip to Italy?

It sent, received and understood, I'll ask Massimo for his thoughts ! ! !
Sounds vaguely familiar, this time last year it was all about the CSL!
