BMW Recall ref. Steering Wheel Airbag Renewal

Mine's booked in for this recall in a couple of weeks. The dealer says that the work is typically taking longer than the one hour mentioned in the letter, so I'm having to leave it with them for the day.

Since replacing the steering wheel airbag actually takes about 5 minutes, I'm wondering what else is involved in this ?

Got my letter this week. It says investment bankers get their letters last as they are expendable
