Of course for those who are around Nice, Cannes or Monaco, let me know ! Concerning the gate Rick, yes, I chose in priority regarding remaining money ... then I have a garage but no way to go out  @Shimmy : we get some other problems  , lost around 4 months to do nothing waiting for "discussion"

Quick update.
I found time to paint garage walls during last week-ends. I also purchased some garage floor plastic tiles but it wasn't OK, because one of the reference (blue) was not exactly with same dimensions than others colors => impossible to fit with the others colors. I have been refund, I will buy from an other supplier next month may be.
