Matt if this is in response to me asking why you don't purchase from Lawsy then personally I wouldn't be worrying about upsetting a retailer who didn't reply to me, as I say if I wasn't to respond to a potential customer at work then I would fully expect them to go elsewhere with their custom and do their business deal with someone that was willing to meet their requirements...

It sounds to me as though you really wanted one of these boxes, it also seems to me that you now have the opportunity to have one!
