Are they a different part number to the standard M3 version?

Thanks for message.

When I called BMW to clarify. They mentioned these are specific to the CSL and were fitted from the factory.

So the question now becomes. What are they worth. :/

Very interesting, I have never heard of that before. The sizes listed above are exactly the same as the standard M3 wheels, whereas the CSL front wheels are 8.5" ET44 I believe. I could understand that it was an option on the CSL to have the same wheels as the standard M3, but news to me that there was a Style 67 wheel specific to the CSL. If so they must be very rare indeed. Do you have the part numbers from them to confirm this?

I have read this on an online buying guide......

'Several CSLs were supplied with normal M3 19inch wheels instead of the appropriate CSL versions. The M3 wheels are narrower and hit the resale value of the car. '

The guide has a number of inaccuracies in it, so I'm not saying it gospel!

Unfortunately unless you bump into or speak to some one who has been at BMw for a long time and is an enthusiast you are hard pushed to find people that know what they are talking about.

I went in a few months ago and the parts guy did not even know what a CSL is/was. I was after a new battery and told him it is the same as the one in the Mini (ie lightweight).

The caveat is James/Monkey at Chandlers and the service advisor Richard that used to work at Maidstone BMW (Arden/Hartshill) but moved to Dick Lovett Ferrari in Bristol.
