Andy

I haven't had any wheel arch rubbing with the 10mm spacers.

I bought mine from Thorney, not sure what make they are

Eibachs are the ones to go for, pretty reasonable on price and they need to be hubcentric ones. My mates got a set of 8mm ones which I'm going to stick on my fronts when I get home. Along with 'Standard' 19" M3 wheels and gubbed cups!

Noob question:

Can you easily remove the spacers when removing a wheel, or do they tend to 'heat weld' themselves to the hub therefore being a bugger to get off?

I would consider getting them for track but wouldn't want them on all the time for the stress issues over high road mileages.

Thorneys recommends doing the front only to improve handling and the back for looks.

mine have heat welded to the track rims so they stay on now and my road rims dotn have spacers

they do come off with some tender love and care though
