Default How to fit new paddles & switches?

Have just purchased some new paddles with the wireing etc to them. Anyone know if they are easy to fit or are a nightmare ?

THIS should be a DIY but the link doesnt work for me. Its an easy job though.

Just trying to find the DIY video for you...
