It restricts movement of the rear trailing arm bushes. TBH i don't see the benefit over just some better bushes.

By 'better', do you mean poly bushes?

As you're no doubt aware, poly bushes transmit a greater level of vibrations through the suspension (and the rest of the car).

This is fine for a car which spends all of it's life on a track. But not necessarily great for a road car (which is tracked regularly). The bush limiting kit allows you to have the compliance of the standard bushes without (obviously) letting them move around.

Im not going to Simpsons now - im actually booked into have the Rogue kit fitted by CA in Langley and have spacers fitted - going there on Weds 5th Nov.

Personally speaking, I'd only be willing to let Simpsons, Thorney's or Murketts tinker with my CSL.
