No probs for me Mark. Saves us (scottish/irish side) 100 miles or 200 round. Also, really like the idea of some beers. I'll go with the flow however.

How much of the other side is on the 'bahn by the way?

Takes about 2 hours to get across Holland either from Ijmuiden or Rotterdam and into Germany and the pretty much onto the Autobahn although a lot of it is not derestricted.

3 hours should cover it easy Baz. Stranraer to Dumfries 1h15 - Dumfries to Newcastle 1h30.

Sounds good, but will need to see which route the other Irish Contingent want to go for. I'm for Hull or Newcastle, haven't priced anything but think Belfast - Stranraer and then Hull - Rotterdam is the most cost effective for us from NI.

Aye, sounds bang on. I think I'll be heading that way with JonnyS (if he's coming) and Chris. Maybe some of the Scotland contingent if they make their way to Hull rather than Newcastle.

Epic!

Ooooooh cool, so I have. A pint of the black stuff would be fantastic but it'll have to be the wrong kind of black stuff and be 'Coke' since I'm at sea and bone dry!! :crying:
