Each to there own though... BM offer them now in the performance range for 1/3 series etc, got some for the missis's white one series coupe makes it look so much better without the tacky 80's chrome

and the ltd edition M3 has em on now too which I think also looks good IMHO brings up to date a little more

imo the carbon fibre or black side/front grills makes the car look more aggresive, ready for the track. chrome looks posh, i've got chrome

... i do like the carbon fibre or black option, would match my caravan nicely

Like you say each to there own, they look much better on a SB car...they just look a bit Slough on an SG car and all IMO
