We've got a black CSL at Chandlers waiting for an engine. Been there for over a year I believe, still no sign.....

At least it's going up in value whilst it's sat there!

surely there is a case for a warranty refudn for the period you had no CSL

So two people that we know of waiting for a engine.

What also happens if the CSL has sat outside for 18 months, all window rubbers rotten and generally been left to rot, bushes knackered, probably SMG pump knackered.

Ive had about 6-8 dates for job completion, none have been met.

Next date is this month.

assuming no warranty ... these cars needing new engines, what would the £ damage have been for a good independant to rebuild to better than new ?

Are we at the point now where the warranty is becoming irrelevant / useless ?

Pretty much ... although some of us were at that point 18 months ago It was good while it lasted.
