Going to look at this CSL over the weekend

Hi! New member here, i'm Dan from Edinburgh I drive a E46 M3.



I'm thinking about selling the car to buy a CSL.

The price of them seem to vary a lot! I was wondering if anyone on here could perhaps give a rough value of the car i'm going to look at?

It is a 2003 model, no xenon headlamps, it does have the BMW business stereo, PDC and also climate control. The owner has just put extended BMW warranty on it with road side assistance (for one year) The car has covered 47,000 miles and is completely standard.

I've been told theres a slight scuff on one of the bumpers and the back tyres will need replacing soon.

Can anyone give me a rough price of what this might be worth?

With the CSL not having the optional xenon headlamps would this have a big effect on the resale? It doesn't bother me at all personally.

The owner has still to come back to me with a price

Some say yes, some like you are not bothered. I wasn't bothered, it cost me 200 ish notes to fit a set.

What do you think you want to pay for it?

Without xenons you may limit audience but IMO it won't knock more than £500 off the price.

I would rather a car with no xenons an good than xenons and a shed.
