Should I set my alarm for 6.45am or 7am????

Right guys, bit of advice needed here.
I know I dont normally ask on here, but I thought you guys are best suited.

Right this is the situation, I am feeling a little tired now, I am planning on getting a shower then bed, be in bed for 11pm latest, question is should I get up at 6.45am or 7am?

Help greatly appreciated, I am in a bit of a quandry

If your planning a legover,i would say 7.

Should i eat porridge or weetabix for breakfast, Im thinking the slow release energy of the porridge is best, esp considering Im not a pen pushing ponce.

Whats your opinions,

Oh and I am about to get the lawn mower out for service, so what oil should I feed her?
