The original documentation I found in the service history file, when you lot went swanning off to Mecca, that's what started me off on the Vin quest to find the ever elusive '422'.

(Dealer) models from memory were sold separately, on display in a glass case, can't remember how much but considerably less than what they are selling for now.
The CSL bag? The only bag I've seen is with the dealer model in 1:18th scale. However I have seen a CD of the CSL on Track? I would presume that this was included with the 'Press Pack'
