Default Question about low mileage non-standard valuation

Hello,

My first post here, spent a good deal of time reading various posts today.

To get to the nitty-gritty.... I have the opportunity to buy a sub 10k mileage CSL from a friend of a friend. The car is in excellent condition though it does have... a massive stereo system installed in the boot... we are talking amps and a sub along with a "slide out" head unit up front. I am deadly serious, the original owner was premier league footballer. The gorgeous door cards are untouched thankfully.

My feelings are if I purchase this, to revert it back to factory spec, my question is how difficult and costly this would be? Can OEM stereos, or blanks (need to find out how it was spec'd originally as current owner inherited these additions from original owner) be easily found and at what cost? Would also need some new boot lining as the amps are screwed to this.

Other than that the car drives immaculately and bodywork is in mint condition with no chips in the black paint. There is some cosmetic "rust" on the underside that will need cleaning up, but the car is essentially mint... with a stupid stereo installed.

Anyway... I am waffling on now. If anyone can clue me in on whether the parts mentioned are easily obtainable and what value you would estimate this vehicle to be worth I would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to (hopefully) becoming a member of the CSL club in the near future.

Chef
