Nothing wrong with having a JCW dude... Might be selling mine shortly for another project.
This was a side extension with garage and 2 beds and a bath above. It does get marginally chilly in winter. We did insulate the garage ceiling with rock wool but in hindsight could've used Celotex but at the time money was tight as it always is! The roller garage door is insulated and pretty well sealed as is the bifold door at the back plus the garage ticks over on a low temp with the rads in there.
