As CUPs are an Asymmetric tyre it's possible to that so to get the most mileage & life out of them I'd say Yes

The only track worth doing is Istanbul Park F1 Circuit here. The other local track is only a 1.2mile small loop and not fun at all. Istanbul park is a counter clockwise circuit with many fast corners (famous turn
leaning the car on rights. Hence my opinion for right to left switch.
