The 135i has a different cat layout. If you fit the 135i mid pipe it deletes the pre cats, ads a slightly throatier exhaust note and is obviously more free flowing= more power available. Coupled with the catless down pipes their is no point replacing the rear exhaust section (except for noise- what the aftermarket back boxes gain in hp, they loose in lbft)

When my mods were completed, mine was the most powerful 1M around back in 2012.
it was mag featured in performance bmw twice..

The spec R intercooler is the reason mine made so much power after Ray West re mapped it.( cant recommend Westtuning highly enough-great guy with a wealth of knowledge and racing pedegree)

The Spec R hardpipes were necessary as mine used to crack the oem chargepipe even when standard. I went through BMW's uk supply in 2012 lol.
I Think it had 6 oem replacements under warranty.

Even if you intend to keep the car standard i would recommend getting a decent geometry set up done as the bmw settings arent great.
Ray also set mine up before the kwv3's were added and the difference in rear end grip was night and day.

Any info you need feel free to ask as i tried a few different set ups before settling for how it is now.
Bbk is next on the list but with Carbotech xp12s alround it does ok on track for now.

bmw can tell if it re mapped but you can have it reflashed before taking it there...

cheers Jamie
