I follow this :-
Bedding in is as advised for Pagid pads, ie 10x stops from 50mph to 30mph, 10x stops from 80mpg to 40mph and 10x stops from 100mph to 50mph increasing pressure each session (ie start light, then moderate, then hard).

Usually takes me about half hour up and down the by-pass, subject traffic and old bill !! .. makes me feel real sick afterwards too !
My discs dont go blue though .... they have a sort of Orange glow to 'em !! ...
