If I sell it with all the bits it will obviously make it an expensive CSL compared to others, so should I remove all the bits and sell it standard, or is there a market for very track prepped cars?

Personally I'd strip it, you open up the market for yourself, you'll get more interested selling a standard car, most would buy standard imho then possibly do some mods to it.

A lot of people will shy away from a car with mods on, personally i'd buy a modded car if the standard parts were part of the deal, and only if the mods were decent.

I found when I sold my last E46 M3 I had minimal interest with it modded, I had decent bits like yourself, KWv3's, AP's etc etc, I then sold all the mods seperately, and actually made more money back than the amount I wanted for the car with the mods on, yes its a bit more hassle but its worth it.

Btw if you want to sell your AP's / Discs, shout me, I'm in the market for some
