Took my car in yesterday (to Sytners Leicester) for an MOT which it passed no problem, but at the same time I tackled them about my drivers seat which is moving a little under load. This they forgot to look at, but after being reminded they told me one of the bolt holes in the subframe was slightly 'ovalised'.
So as this is not a ware and tare item (to my mind anyway) you'd think the full AUC warranty (which i still ahve till the 27th) would cover it... well not until they have fully stripped the seat frame down to work out why - they already admitted the f**king bolt was loose i.e. the one they re-fitted when they altered the seat angle for me when I bought the car a year ago.
So there's over £100 labour i may never get back. That's on top of the fact they have cracked my f**king rear view mirror some how (cracked the glass), so now I will have to fight that as well... Grrrrrrr...
Not sure why I just shared all that with you, just f**king annoyed.
Anyone else got any experience of Sytner Leicester service??
