N.B - for those who have got/ yet to receive their plates I must mention these Instructions from the Printers:
When receiving, you will see a rainbow effect film on the surface of the plate when new, which is what has been left behind after being manufactured. Due to the nature of a black plate, it will show light scratches if cleaned with a contaminated/ abrasive cloth. (like a SB CSL)
To prevent scratching the plate's surface, not needing any cleaning agents you
must use a clean dry Microfibre cloth, gently rubbing over the surface until all film has been removed. This method is recommended to be used for further cleaning in the future. Easy...
