I wouldn't get hung up on mileage...after all these are BMW's so should take the mileage with ease. More important is condition and history...you could have a car with 15k on the clock thats been ranted within an inch of it's life or a 60k mike car thats been lovely cared for....history and condition I say.

I bought mine last June private with 46k on the clock. Had it serviced 2 months later with no issues. The car feels tight and is losening up nicely.
