Valve clearances are done on inspection 1 anyway, inspection 2 additional work over an inspection 1 is spark plugs, air and fuel filter (fuel filter not specified on schedule but supplied in the value line service kit from BMW), gearbox and diff oil.
Value line kits are exactly the same parts as you would udually buy, they are not inferior. Poor choice of name in my opinion  |
